Privacy Policy

Pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Roccheggiani wishes to provide some information about the purposes, methods and scope of disclosure and dissemination of personal data voluntarily submitted by the applicant by letter, fax or hand delivered or submitted by completing the form and sending a CV through the website www.roccheggiani.it, or registering for the password area of that same website.

  • Registration for the Password Area
  • Direct marketing activities: commercial or promotional communications with digital or paper means

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE DATA
Apart from the data necessary for browsing, the user is free to provide personal data or not.

The provision of data is mandatory for the purpose of accessing the Password Area. Failure to provide data marked with the symbol * will make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the data controller.

DISCLOSURE OF THE DATA:
The data will be stored at our office and will be disclosed exclusively to authorised parties for the performance of the services necessary for a proper management of the relationship, with a guarantee of protection of the rights of the data subject. They will also be processed only by personnel expressly authorised by the Data Controller. A list of the Managers that may have access to the data can be requested by writing to privacy@roccheggiani.it.

The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:

Parties that provide services for the management of the information system used by Roccheggiani S.p.A. and by telecommunications networks.
Professionals, studios or companies that provide support and consulting.
Parties that provide services for the management of the activities specified in the purposes above (for communication, printing of brochures, flyers, websites, films).
Managers of platforms for the services listed above (hosting sites, YouTube, etc.).
Business partners, only with prior consent.
Competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.
Other associates.
The parties belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor.

DISSEMINATION OF THE DATA:
Your data are protected in our archives and will not be disseminated in any way.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD:
Roccheggiani S.p.A. does transfer your personal to non-European third countries.

DATA RETENTION TIMES:
The data processed will be stored in our protected archives for as long as necessary based on the Services requested, including after-sales or occasional service.

Once the requested activity has been completed, the data can be deleted or stored for documentation purposes only (if necessary) or for historical and/or statistical purposes (in this case in an anonymous form), except for fiscal data that will be kept for a period corresponding to legal obligations.

Contact data for marketing purposes will be used until consent is withdrawn.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:
It is possible to ask the Data Controllers to access the data subject's Data, their correction or deletion, the completion of incomplete Data, the restriction of the processing and to oppose their processing; to receive the Data in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable form, as well as, starting from 25 May 2018, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another data controller without impediments in the event that the conditions for the right to portability are present pursuant to art. 20 of the GDPR (the processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6.1 letter a) or art. 9.2, lett. a) or on the contract pursuant to art. 6.1, lett. b) of the GDPR and is carried out using automated tools); to wholly or partially oppose their processing in the cases envisaged; to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Authority, as well as to exercise the other rights recognised by the applicable regulations.
